Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Bright Buys experience. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact our Customer Service team. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
